Big Money Reds

UEFA are predicting that Liverpool will become the first football club to post pre-tax profits exceeding €100 million in their 2017/18 financial accounts. The governing body believe that Liverpool will break the record set by Leicester City in 2017, when they posted net profits of €98 million for the season after they won the Premier League title. With the sale of Philippe Coutinho for €161 million and the €81 million for reaching the Champions League final last season, Liverpool are expected to surpass the amount set by Leicester.
