Manchester City stars find Pep Guardiola’s daily video sessions “boring”, according to Pablo Zabaleta.

Guardiola, renowned for his attention to detail, makes his players sit through video analysis to improve their performances.

Guardiola uses playbacks to show players what they have done right and wrong, as well as how to cope with various opponents.

But City defender Zabaleta admitted not every player is happy.

“His passion is to try always to improve, or to try to find the right way to attack,” said Zabaleta.

“We watch a lot of videos, and sometimes I know it’s a bit boring for some of the players to be watching videos every day.”
