Academy award winning actor Matthew McConaughey finally has a Major League Soccer club to support now that Austin FC is joining the league in 2021. The actor was spotted at a Los Angeles FC match, sitting beside fellow actor Will Ferrell, wearing an Austin FC t-shirt. McConaughey is a Texas native who currently resides in Austin, so naturally he’s drawn to his local team. Looks like his beloved Texas Longhorns will have to make room for Austin FC when it comes to McConaughey’s support.
