Jamie Vardy broke his goal drought to hand Leicester a lifeline in their Champions League tie with Sevilla despite suffering a narrow defeat at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium.
Before Vardy found the net Sevilla were leading the game by 2-0 as Pablo Sarabia and Joaquin Correa struck for the home side.
Leicester showed little signs of improvement from their dire domestic form as the hosts enjoyed sheer dominance throughout the game.
Leicester shotstopper Kasper Schmeichel denied Joaquin Correa from the penalty spot and made a couple of great saves to keep the scoreline decent.
The return leg will be played on March 14 at the King Power Stadium.
