Liverpool will offer Adam Lallana a lucrative new contract after the English midfielder rose to the peak of his form under the tutelage of Jorgen Klopp. Lallana has already registered seven assists and seven goals for Liverpool this season and will be earning £120,000/week, a double figure of his current £60,000/week wage, should he put pen to paper on the new deal. The new deal is apparently an attempt to fend off Tottenham’s interest on the midfielder as Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino looks to reunite with Lallana, who he had managed previously at Southampton.
