Brazilian superstar Neymar says he would love the chance to play alongside Philippe Coutinho and feels the Liverpool forward would fit in straight away at Barcelona.

Neymar has forged a close relationship with Coutinho playing for Brazil and knows the talents he could bring to the Spanish giants.

Neymar, speaking in the Daily Mail, said: “A Premier League player that I would like to have in Barcelona is Coutinho.

“I believe Philippe Coutinho is a player that would totally fit in Barcelona.”

Coutinho has been one of the star performers for Liverpool and was rewarded for his impressive form when he signed a new five-and-a-half year contract at Anfield, which made him the highest paid player in the club’s history, back in January.
