Privacy & Site Policies
How Soccer360Magazine.com handles information, website use, subscriptions, purchases, AI Cover Star activity and third-party services.
1. Privacy Policy
Soccer360 Magazine respects the privacy of readers, customers and people who interact with Soccer360Magazine.com. We aim to collect only information that is reasonably needed to operate the website, understand its performance, respond to requests, support customers and provide features a visitor chooses to use.
Information the website collects
Depending on how you use the site, information may include:
- Website activity and performance data: page views, selected site interactions, the page path, a broad viewport category, timestamps and standard Web Vitals performance measurements.
- Support or business communications: information you choose to provide when you email, call or otherwise contact Soccer360, such as your name, contact details, order reference and the content of your request.
- Cover Star information, when that feature is enabled: the names or labels entered for participants, selected age band, selected football identity/uniform options, uploaded photographs, generation choices and the consent confirmations required to use a person's likeness.
Soccer360's approved first-party analytics event records do not include an IP address, raw user-agent string, payment-card number, customer password or account login credentials. Hosting, security and network providers may nevertheless process normal technical request information as part of operating and protecting their infrastructure.
How information is used
- to operate, maintain and improve the website;
- to understand page performance and broad conversion activity;
- to answer support, advertising, editorial and business inquiries;
- to help identify and resolve technical, security or abuse issues;
- to provide an AI Cover Star generation request when a visitor explicitly uses that feature;
- to comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce these policies.
Analytics
Soccer360 uses first-party analytics to understand how the website performs and how visitors use major site actions. The approved event vocabulary covers activities such as page views, opening an issue cover, clicking order or subscription actions, opening FAQs and handing a visitor off to an approved checkout destination. It also records standard performance measurements such as loading and interaction metrics.
These analytics records are stored in a server-controlled data service and are not exposed as a public customer database. Soccer360 does not treat a click or checkout handoff as proof of a completed sale.
Orders, subscriptions and payment information
Soccer360Magazine.com does not host the current subscription checkout. Current issue, shop and subscription actions may send you to SimpleCirc, and selected past issues may link to Amazon. Those services collect and process the information required for their own checkout, payment, account, shipping and fulfillment processes under their own policies. Soccer360's website does not receive your full payment-card number from those external checkout pages.
AI Cover Star and uploaded photographs
When Cover Star is enabled, Soccer360 requires an adult-controlled request and a confirmation that the uploader has permission to use the submitted photograph and likeness. The generation request may include uploaded photographs and the participant information entered for the experience. Soccer360 sends that request through a private server route to the DMXReady AI generation service to create the requested output.
Do not upload a photograph unless you have the right and permission to use it for this purpose. For a child or teenager, the request must be controlled by an adult who has authority to provide the required permission. Uploaded material must not be used to impersonate, harass, exploit or misrepresent another person.
Service providers and disclosures
Soccer360 may use service providers to host the website, store approved analytics, deliver AI generation, operate subscriptions or shopping, and provide other technical services. Information may be processed by those providers only as needed for the relevant service, subject to their contractual, technical and legal responsibilities. Soccer360 may also disclose information when reasonably required by law, to protect rights or safety, or to investigate misuse or security incidents.
Retention and safeguards
Soccer360 aims to keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate operational or security needs, or applicable legal requirements. Different information may therefore have different retention periods. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used in relation to the sensitivity of the information involved, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy choices and requests
You may contact Soccer360 to ask about personal information under its control, request access or correction where applicable, withdraw consent for future uses where consent is the basis for processing, or raise a privacy concern. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
2. Website Terms of Use
By using Soccer360Magazine.com, you agree to use the site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the website, its services, other visitors, Soccer360, its partners or their rights. If you do not agree with these policies, do not use features that require you to submit information or accept specific terms.
Editorial information
Soccer360 publishes editorial, archival and promotional information about football. Content may be updated, corrected, archived or removed. Fixtures, competition details, prices, availability, delivery information and other time-sensitive details can change and should be confirmed at the relevant current source or checkout before you rely on them.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Soccer360 name, site design, editorial presentation, original text, magazine covers and other original Soccer360 material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party club, league, player, competition, photographer and brand names or marks remain the property of their respective owners. Site access does not grant a licence to reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit protected material beyond what the law or an express permission allows.
Prohibited use
- attempting to disrupt, overload, probe or bypass site security;
- using automated means in a way that materially interferes with the service;
- uploading content you do not have the right to use;
- using Cover Star or another feature to impersonate, deceive, harass or exploit a person;
- using the website or its content for unlawful activity or infringement.
3. Orders, Subscriptions & Fulfillment
Soccer360 currently publishes two premium collectible editions each year: the Season Guide in October and the Spring Review in April. Product availability and subscription inclusions are shown on the current site and confirmed by the checkout provider before purchase.
External checkout
Current Soccer360 issue and subscription transactions are completed through the approved SimpleCirc service. Selected previous editions may be offered through Amazon. When you leave Soccer360Magazine.com, the external provider's checkout terms, payment rules, shipping options, account terms, return/refund policy and privacy policy apply to the transaction it processes.
Order and subscription support
For an existing subscription or order, use the account/support options associated with the service through which you placed the order. Soccer360 can also help route a support request when you provide enough information to identify the transaction. Do not send full payment-card details by email.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Because the current website hands transactions to external checkout and fulfillment services, the return, refund, cancellation and renewal rules presented by the provider handling that transaction control that purchase. Soccer360 does not promise a separate website-wide return period that overrides the applicable provider's checkout terms.
4. External Sites & Services
Soccer360Magazine.com may link to SimpleCirc, Amazon, social networks, football organizations and other external websites. A link does not mean Soccer360 controls the external service. External services are responsible for their own availability, content, security, accessibility, terms and privacy practices.
5. Availability & Disclaimers
Soccer360 works to keep the website accurate and available, but the site and its features are provided on an as-available basis. Temporary interruptions, errors or changes may occur. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, medical or betting advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Soccer360 is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party services, external websites, events outside its reasonable control or a visitor's misuse of the site.
Nothing in these policies limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
6. Changes to These Policies
Soccer360 may update these policies when the website, services, publishing model, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current published version. Material changes should be reflected here before the affected practice is relied upon where reasonably possible.
7. Contact Soccer360
Questions about these policies, privacy requests, order-support routing or concerns about the website can be directed to Soccer360 Magazine.
